What I Offer

  • Through breathwork, reflection, and gentle guidance, you’ll have space to step out of the noise and reconnect with the calmer, more compassionate, wiser place within you.

  • I work with a gentle, inner parts–based approach (inspired by Internal Family Systems).

    Together, we begin to notice and relate to the different parts of you—
    the different thoughts, emotions, and inner voices within you— learning to see them as parts of you, not the whole of who you are.

    Not something to fix or get rid of,
    but something to understand.

    To meet with curiosity instead of judgment.

    Over time, this creates a kind of inner spaciousness—
    where all of you is welcome,
    and you’re no longer at war with yourself.

    And from that place, something steady, wise, and deeply compassionate
    naturally begins to lead.

  • This work is deeply informed by my own contemplative, embodied spiritual path—
    and I’ve found this dimension to be a quiet but powerful ground for healing and transformation.

    At the same time, it is never imposed.

    You’re welcome to engage this space in whatever way feels true to you—
    whether that includes a relationship with the Divine,
    a sense of something greater,
    or simply a desire to listen more deeply to your own inner life.
