My work is rooted in a desire to create spaces of care and presence—spaces that restore, deepen connection, and support a more compassionate way of being with ourselves and one another.
I weave together breathwork, somatic practices, a contemplative spirituality, IFS-informed parts work to support you in making sense of your experiences, building a more compassionate and connected relationship with your inner world, and moving through your life’s ever-changing seasons with greater steadiness, trust, and care.
